Process
Step 1: Consultation
Click the link below and fill out my form to schedule a quick 15-minute phone call so I can hear about your vision for the day and get all the information I need to move forward.Step 2: Project Agreement and Estimate
Based on our conversation I will email you a Project Agreement and Estimate outlining all the finer details.Step 3: Wedding Day
I will arrive before the wedding reception and stay for the duration, taking photos of guests as they come by my table to reference as I paint. I display finished portraits at my table for guests to look at and pick up at anytime! Typically I can paint 50-60 people during a 5 hour reception.Step 4: Finishing Remaining Portraits After the Wedding
I will finish any remaining portraits within 2 weeks of the wedding and mail them to you to send out with your "Thank You" cards!Pricing
Costs below are meant to be a guide for my pricing and are not final until a formal estimate has been sent.Base Price: $700 for (5) hours of live painting and up to (75) people*.
Additional Portraits after the first (75) people are charged at a rate of $8/person.
-Additional travel costs may be applicable
-Price includes shipping the remaining portraits to the bride & groom after the event within the Continental United States
* Note that pricing is based on individuals, and not couples - so if a painting has 2 people on it, that counts as 2 individuals.
